Please note that students arriving more than 15 mins late will not be permitted to enter class.
NEW POLICY | Starting Fall 2017, if you are registered for a SaffronFit class but do not attend, you will be counted as present and will be charged for that class. If you cancel your reservation before class begins then you will not be charged.
If you are attending class through a ClassPass reservation, please be aware of the late-cancellation policy ($15 charge for cancellations 12 hours or less before a class) as well as the no-show fee ($20). Details can be found here >>
Doonya Bollywood Dance Fitness
At Doonya, you will follow along to cardio and conditioning intervals of varying intensity, each activating major muscle groups of the abs, arms and legs. The energy and expressions of Bollywood-inspired music and dance will keep you smiling as you burn up to 800 calories while learning dance and fitness fundamentals. By using your own resistance and muscle control, you'll leave with a stronger core, lengthened limbs and increased stamina. Learn more about Doonya >>
Shimmy Shakedown Belly Dance Fitness
Dance, laugh, strengthen your body and tone that waistline. These meltdown moves will tone and build muscle by strengthening the core muscles, arms and legs while building overall endurance. Students will be guided through simple choreographies, low-impact weight work & abdominal conditioning alongside basic belly dance movement. No dance experience necessary. Come shake to the beat of your own drum!
Yoga Flow is perfect for students who are familiar with the basic standing poses of hatha yoga. In this class students will experience a well-rounded practice and may experiment with deeper variations of certain poses. Each class will revolve around a physical, emotional, or energetic theme. Students will be introduced to a variety of Pranayama (yogic breathing) styles and learn tools for mindfulness and stress reduction.
Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba®Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
